Standard shipping is typically delivered with FedEx ground, USPS or Canada Post and can take 5 to 7 business days.
All orders are normally shipped within 1 business day and orders from the USA are shipped out from Champlain, New York, USA. and orders from Canada are shipped out from Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse and you will be forwarded tracking information by email. You can track your package with the appropriate carrier using the tracking number you will receive by email, or you can always log in to your online account to get a status.Shipping Rates and Delivery Time estimates are available in your cart during check out

Within 30 days of your purchase, if you are not satisfied we will give you your money back, it is that simple. No questions asked. You will receive a full refund we will even pay for the return shipping. Not available to resellers. Please contact your sales rep for specific details.
In order for us to promptly refund your money, we have made the process pretty simple. Simply contact our customer care department by email at [email protected] or by phone at 1-800-215-7015. They will email you an RMA slip and return shipping waybill. You must include the RMA slip with your returned products. The products must be returned with their original packaging and the product must be in the same condition it was received and not scratched, dented or mishandled.
Any returns received without an RMA authorization or with damaged equipment will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee. Orders for customized products are non-refundable.
All returns must be delivered to our warehouse within 30 days.
Once we have received your returned merchandise, we will promptly process your refund and notify you via email. Most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
For orders being exported outside of the United States and Canada.
Problems arising from an issue with customs will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
If goods are seized or turned back because of an issue that was the fault of Siyata Mobile Inc., e.g. incorrect paperwork, we will re-send the goods at our own expense, or offer you full store credit.
If goods cannot be delivered due to restrictions in your own country, this is solely your responsibility. It is your responsibility to know before you place your order if the merchandise you are importing is illegal, restricted or requires a license to import due to local laws in the delivery destination country. If the delivery failed for that reason, we do not offer any compensation.
As the importer you hold sole legal responsibility for responding to questions about your imported goods. Import duties, sales tax, and any other customs charges and fees, are your sole responsibility. If a delivery fails because you do not respond in time to customs communications, or you refuse to pay the applicable charges, we cannot offer any compensation.
